■ How to find products
There are several ways to search for items with FURNI (Furni). The easiest way is to find the item from "view chair", "view table", "view shelf" ,,, displayed on the top of the screen. To search for a specific product, please use the search box on the upper right of the screen.
■ Function to test in the room (actual size arrangement in AR)
Go to the product detail page from the top page or each category page, and tap the "Try in the room" button in the lower right.
Since the smartphone camera starts up, let the smartphone recognize the plane. While moving the smartphone, photograph the floor and carpet plane with a camera. (A lot of orange dots appear, but it is evidence that you are reading the plane normally.) When the smartphone finishes reading the plane, the actual size 3D of the selected furniture appears. Place it where you like and enjoy the interior coordination to its full extent.

Please note that the shipping fee will vary depending on the size and weight of the item you ordered and the delivery route.
The delivery fee will be displayed during the purchase procedure. We are automatically selecting delivery customers who can deliver at the most appropriate price and appropriate speed. Please note that you can not choose a shipping company.
The number of days required for product delivery may vary greatly depending on the product. Please refer it as just a guide. These required days are calculated from the date the delivery preparation is completed. Delivery of goods may be delayed than planned if problems relating to payment procedures and delays in customs procedures occur. We are not responsible for delays due to such reasons, so please understand in advance. As for the products of order-made production, the number of delivery days is different for each product, so please confirm from the details page of the item. It takes about one week for some remote island areas.

■ On products that require assembly
Assembly fee will be displayed as shipping fee, the sum of the shipping fee plus assembly fee. Please note that it is currently not possible to remove only the assembly fee as an option.
About returned goods / refund

In principle, we can not receive cancellation / content change (addition / change) after the delivery date has been confirmed (after confirming the delivery date confirmed e-mail).

- When opening the product, please be sure to check whether the item is scratched or dirty, there is no shortage in the part. Please be aware that we can not respond even if we receive your inquiries regarding scratches and dirt after assembly of the product in the case of products that require assembly.
- To protect products from damage during transport, we recommend that you return the item using the packaging material used at the time of delivery.
- Since correspondence varies depending on the situation, please proceed according to the return / exchange procedure which we guide.
- Please understand that it is not possible to receive exchange and returned goods when the deadline date is passed.
- We will start the refund process with the payment method at the time of purchase after the customer's return is accepted and it is confirmed that our company, the manufacturer or the delivery company are negligent.
- Although we have paid attention to the handling of products, there are cases where small scratches (abrasions) etc. are caused at the time of assembly / packaging or during transportation by force majeure. In that case, please be advised that it will not be a category of inferior goods.
■ About refund method
When using credit card payment
If you do not pass the charge closing date, we will cancel the charge. If the due date has passed, we will refund from the credit card company after the next month.

FURNI has attached guarantee concerning the furniture and lighting you purchased (some items are not subject to warranty). Please check the "Guaranteed" icon on the item details page for the warranty eligible product. Also, after the expiration of the warranty period and for repair of non-warranty repair etc., there are things that can be handled, so please consult us from the inquiry form.
■ Warranty details
Within the warranty period, we will repair parts, replace parts or exchange goods at no charge for breakdown or damage naturally caused by normal usage according to instruction manual. When the manufacturer's warranty is attached, the warranty period/content will take priority over that.
* Failure and damage due to use in non-domestic households (business use etc.) will be out of guarantee.
■ Warranty period
The warranty period is described for each item on the product details page.
■ Warranty object
Only physical damage of the product itself is covered.
For damages to items other than products such as floors and walls, and for incidental damage such as injuries of people and animals, spiritual damage, etc. are not covered by the warranty. In addition, it is not covered by warranty such as discoloration due to tanning, scratches and dirt accompanying use, expendable items such as light bulbs and batteries, and other deterioration due to aging.
For products subject to warranty, we are informing you on the product detail page of each product. Please note that there is a "Guaranteed" icon on the item detail page on the products subject to warranty.
Even within the warranty period, it is not covered under the following conditions.
- Failure and damage caused by shipping, moving, dropping, impact, pressurizing, water wetting, incompleteness in management/storage etc. after the delivery.
- Failure and damage caused by fire, earthquake, wind and flood damage, lightning strike, salt damage, gas harm, insect damage, other natural disasters, etc.
- Failure and damage due to use in non-home (for business use etc.)
- For cases other than shipping destination
- When exchanging parts etc. that are not malfunctioning at your request
- If the item you purchased was a product (used item) that was transferred regardless of paid gratis after use
- When a product is intentionally altered, remodeled or processed
- Failure and damage due to repair or remodeling other than by our company
- Other cases when judged unsuitable for warranty subject by our company
